Absolutely not! Our step-by-step process will guide you through from beginning to end. You’ll be eager to come back and build another project with us!
What is the duration of a workshop?
A typical party or workshop, give or take, will last approximately 3 hours. Since Teen and Children parties are smaller projects, these parties tend to be shorter.
How much does each project cost?
Projects vary depending on the party or workshop. Adult projects range from $30-$80, Teens, $30, and Children, $20.
How can I book a party at The Rustic Wood Project?
Simply follow the link to BOOK NOW and follow the steps to successfully book your desired party. The deposit for your party will be a flat rate of $100.
How do I sign-up for a workshop?
Keep your eyes peeled for specific workshops being offered. Click on the BOOK NOW button and follow the steps to complete your registration and save your seat.
For parties, am I allowed to select my project?
Of course! Browse all available projects and decide what piece inspires you best.
Can I interchange your projects?
YES! For example, if you come across a design you absolutely adore, feel free to put it on any one of our pieces. Remember, you’re the creator! Please be sure to make note of any requests in the comment section upon check out.
Do I select my stain and paint for my project online while booking?
Nah! No pressure here. Appreciate your time with us and building your piece before deciding on the perfect color palette.
How many projects can I make during a visit to The RWP?
The majority of our projects are a lengthy process, that is why we recommend one project per party or workshop. If you see something else that catches your eye, we would love to have you back!
Does the RWP allow food and drinks?
Yes and yes!* The Rustic Wood Project is BYOB and encourages you to bring light snacks that suit your palette.

What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to keep your reservation or need to cancel your party, simply let us know one week prior to your workshop date for a full refund. If the workshop is cancelled less than a week away from the party, you will not receive your deposit back.
What if the I’m a no-show?
Unfortunately, due to the extent and time we put into preparing your project, you will not be able to receive a refund. Luckily, you will be able to return within 30 days to complete the project you selected.
